My name is Martina and my partner is Ché. We live together, we work together, we play together and we love each other! Our life-long dream was to open a resort on an island and here we are. We speak English, Czech and Afrikaans. We provide incredible services and phenomenal cuisine as we are both chefs from a diverse background in hospitality.

Hi guys, my name is Ché!
I was born in South Africa and moved to United Kingdom in 1998. I started my career as a Legal Costing Consultant but after a number of years I decided to pursue a career as a chef, cooking being one of my hobbies and great passions. I never stopped and thanks to this I gathered 25 years experience in different types of cuisine. In 2014 I decided to travel the world for 3 years where I picked up a myriad of new intriguing kitchen styles and practices. After my return to the United Kingdom I found myself in love with Martina and we decided to realize our life-long dream. As we are both lovers of animals we named our resort after our stunning cat PawPaw.

Hello everybody, I am Martina.
My birth place is Czechia where I spent most of my days. I studied history at university but my passion was somewhere else - cooking! After my studies I couldn't help it any longer and moved to United Kingdom where I could improve my talent and passion. Working for many high-end companies, Michelin star restaurants and fine dining I met my friend, my soul mate, my love Ché. As we were discussing our future, we found out that our heart is set on running a resort and after a long search we finally found our place which we now call home.
